Considerations under Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS)

All members of staff employed or contracted to CVM store, process and transmit payment card information in accordance with PCI DSS Mandatory requirements. This standard applies to information held on paper as well as electronically and to transactions processed online and via a third party terminal.

CVM processes payment card information for services & goods in a way that complies with the mandatory requirements of the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS) introduced in 2007.

Disposal of Information

All information is disposed of in a secure and timely manner, being kept only for the peroid of time required for the purpose or purposes of the data processing and for no longer than necessary.

CVM will develop, implement and maintain this Data Protection and Retention Policy to ensure data is sufficiently stored, processed, transmitted and destroyed in a way consistent with our legal, contractual and ethical obligations.

At any time you may request details of personal information that Complete Vehicle Management hold about you as per the Data Protection Act of 1998.
