CVM's Driverline is operated 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to cover all driver eventualities. Our offices are open Monday-Friday 8.30 am - 5.30pm, we have successful contingencies in place with our suppliers to ensure all necessary work is carried out, out of hours and authority is obtained during office hours, The platform used for this is a nationally recognised fleet system called 1link.
Breakdown and Recovery Option 1 on CVM Driverline
This service is available to you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and is provided by the AA.
You will be asked your Account Name which is; "CVM", Account Number BCASP310151.
You will also be required to quote your registration number.
Tyres (Replacement and Damage) Option 2 on CVM Driverline
It is your responsibility to ensure your vehicle remains roadworthy at all times, it is therefore advised that you regularly check your tyres to ensure they are legal.
Kwik Fit Mobile: (Open Monday - Friday)
Your are required to give your tyre size when calling; this can be found on the wall of your existing tyre.
Your will be asked your Account Name which is: "CVM", Account Number N9270L.

Please take your vehicle to your local Kwik Fit centre.
When you arrive please state your vehicle is a "CVM" vehicle, Account Number N9270L. This enables authorisation and payment for any work carried out.

Servicing and Repairs Option 4 on CVM Driverline
To preserve the vehicle warranty your car must be serviced in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations.
Please book your vehicle in for services with your local "franchised" dealer. Your vehicle will be recognised by registration number at the dealer via the 1link system.
If you requrie assistance on location please contact our Driverline selecting option 4.
Accident Management Option 5 on CVM Driverline In the event of an accident please call the helpline with your registration number and accident details; they will in turn report the accident to your insurers. An uplift of your existing car will be arranged if necessary and a replacement car given.
Replacement Glass Option 6 on CVM Driverline
This service is available to you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
In the event of a chipped or cracked windscreen please call the helpline with your registration number and vehicle details
Please quote account name "CVM".
Travel Documentation Option 7 on CVM Driverline
You are required to obtain a VE103 when travelling abroad.
You will be asked for your account name, which is: ALPHABET
You will also be require to quote your registration number.
