CVM offer a comprehensive Accident Management service, designed to provide a range of benefits for drivers and organisations. From a single call we can deliver:
- In house Accident Management facility, offering drivers one number to call for assistance in case of an accident.
- A dedicated single point of contact, who has extensive knowledge of Accident Management along with a full understanding of each and every clients needs.
- The facility offers the uplift of a damaged vehicle, the provision of a
replacement car, phone based completion of accident report, oversee all work with garage, communication with insurer, management of uninsured loss recovery, completion of all claim documentation and the return of the repaired car to driver.
- CVM will agree an excess amount for all accidents; anything under this
excess will be paid by CVM and re-charged to you the customer, anything over this excess will be reported to the insurer.
- We will ensure that a claim number is given to each and every accident
within 48 hours from initial notification.
- The facility is so effective and well managed we have an average down
time of 6.8 days as appose to the industry average of over 25 days.
- CVM can also offer the facility of accident management on any 3rd
party vehicles.
